ETA added PR-Nr0i: a stub-only manifest smoke harness that writes bounded-real atlas paperwork artifacts from controlled metadata. It does not read real corpus data, run the sweep/reclaim detector on real bars, replay, compute performance accounting, emit trades or signals, or touch broker/runtime paths.
