ETA added PR-Nr0h: an inert adapter shell that validates bounded-real atlas scope, session metadata, and forbidden-output requests before any future sweep/reclaim real-corpus read. It does not read corpus data, run replay, compute performance accounting, mutate strategies, or touch broker/runtime paths.
